Kylie's musical journey began in fourth grade at Crafton Elementary School, where she first picked up the alto saxophone. Throughout her middle school years, she honed her skills on the alto saxophone as well as percussion, proudly performing with the honor band. During the first two years of high school, she continued her passion for music as a member of the symphonic band, focusing on the alto saxophone.
In her freshman year, Kylie joined the Redlands East Valley Colorguard, dedicating herself to this activity for all eight seasons of her high school career. Unfortunately, the events of 2020 brought her marching endeavors to a temporary halt in her senior year. However, undeterred, she returned to the field in 2022 as a member of the RCC Marching Tigers, where she participated in their captivating “Wicked” show. Since that time, Kylie has completed her Master’s in Secondary Education and embarked on a rewarding career in the high school educational setting. In her free time she enjoys coaching colorguard at Redlands High School alongside her best friend, baking sourdough bread, and watching Dance Moms.
